Who We Are

OMies Yoga Studio is a safe environment that encourages self-expression and confidence while developing awareness and building connection to the body and mind.

We believe yoga can lead kids on the path toward a calm and balanced mind, as well as help them build a strong and flexible body at a critical stage of their physical and emotional development.

Yoga can help kids improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a controlled way. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.

Yoga is learning how to live without expectations, how to live in the moment, how to be aware of one’s body, and how to lead a peaceful life.
