Join Chloe O’Bryan and Catherine Sellmer for a fun, informative, and engaging afternoon to learn about Body Positivity. It is a social movement rooted in the belief that all human beings are worthy of respect, while challenging the ways society presents and views the physical body. In this 2-hour workshop, you will engage in self-reflection through journaling and discussion, learn about how body positivity has evolved, and work to diminish the stigma surrounding bodies.
You will be given tools to practice self-respect and ways to extend that respect to others. No matter how you view your own body, you can benefit from this workshop.
